easy to change paper sander

I own a couple of those years. The deck is a little thin, but I want more property. Sandpaper is replaced by the push of a lever on one side to another, the release of the handle. place the pad on another 1 / 4 sheet of sandpaper, fold the paper in place on the back of the plate, place the handle on top of the plate and press the lever to re-attach the handle. As the lever is pushed it tightens the deal on the table while the setting and clamping sandpaper. This is easier to change the sanding pad that I used.
