| Fantastic piece of professional equipment This is a fantastic, fantastic construction of very high quality. The blade is razor sharp and cuts, as I have never seen, the teeth are shaped precisely to cut the branch on the race to the bottom. With a 20 + ft reach Branges I cut 1 "to 8" with minimal effort. I highly recommend this pole saw.Silky Telescoping Landscaping Pole Saw HAYATE 420 20-Feet #372-42 - 3-extension 4-poles/sections telescoping pole saw model that extends to 20-feet

Silky telescopic sawIt is a beautiful view, with an incredible range. But it is very heavy. If you do not need to reach 20 feet, get the shortest!

Silky Hayate 420 Review - saw a major addition!First, my background. I keep about 10 miles of trails open for walking and cross country skiing, and worked part time at two of the 10 ski areas cross the United States. Trail grooming includes not only the snow, but keeping branches Everyones faces. To that extent, I used axes, bow saws, other pole saws, pruners and power (powered pole saws - essentially a small bar of the chain saw at the end of a long pole). For my personal use, the silky is the best compromise - light, very long range (over more than one polar power saw), and less expensive than powered pole saw. Fewer parts to break, too! I was also surprised how the blade cuts. I use a chain saw you, and hardwood 6 "or so I think Hayate is just as fast. It's amazing. Nice clean cut also (for the health of the tree). I never really saws

Real pole seen incredibleI breathe the first time I saw the price but after reading many good reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and buy the 20-foot pole Hayate seen. The day it arrived, I could not wait to try it - WOW! I cut 4.5 "branches, hanging over my house with very little effort. I'm in my 60 and is concerned about weight, but this saw has been a pleasure to work with. I feel safe, are Standing on the ground and find it is very easy to cut large branches. People silky stress, "let the saw do the work." This saw the attraction, and not on pressure, which is done without effort. While it is probably designed for professional arborists, if you have lots of trees and wind ice than I do in New England, buy it!
