| Amazon has really gone downhill with the quality THE REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE AMAZON Dremel
Amazon sent me a greasy and dirty obviously returned Dremel. Amazon is really going down the drain. This is not the first time they sent me an article used.

Broke first time using it !!!!!I bought a new car my craftsman has a problem with the board, could not remove the song. When I used the Dremel varies a little strange and that was when I pressed the brush's changed if anything increased. After using it to cut metal, I chose again and it will not start. I noticed that the brushes were 1 / 2 the size of those of my craft.
Took in some parts of the Dremel, Craftsman sets the Artisan and my work is now like a charm.
Do not buy the Dremel one!

Professional Workhorsethis tool does not quit, we have a property about four years now and use it on a daily basis away from cutting fiberglass, Dremel 395 is a fantastic tool with an end of life

Reliable toolDremel is reliable and useful and Dremel is a reliable company. I needed to replace a part. I went to the Dremmel site, please call customer service 800, and got a real person on the phone. That part was easy to order.

suffers quality over timeI bought my Dremel tool 395 thinking it would be a nice update to my 5 years, good and bad at $ 20 Chinese rotary tool. It isn't an update at all isn't it really nice and the outside and attachments which compensate for all. It was not as durable or as powerful as the Chinese down. 15 years ago, I knew Dremel to quality, but it seems that quality is more a trait Dremel.
